A mobile phone that supports Daydream
Daydream VR announced at the Google I/O conference this year has 8 cooperative mobile phone manufacturers. MIVR: MIUI in the VR world

The reason why the MIUI of the VR community is the same as the MIUI logic for the mobile phone industry. Because everyone understands why Android can't do content operations on the mainland, it gives many third-party ROM opportunities. The same is true on Daydream.
MIVR will have an app on the phone. When the phone is plugged into the helmet, the app will open and the phone will enter VR mode. What the user wears on the helmet is a set of MIVR desktops. Of course, Xiaomi must not only be a desktop, but also a necessary app such as a VR app store on the desktop.
In terms of MIVR's SDK, Tang Mu said that he would try to be consistent with Daydream. This can also reflect that Xiaomi does not want to have too much fragmentation in VR, but emphasizes cooperation with Google. This is a good sign for developers.
Daydream has made a lot of optimizations for VR on Android N, but this is only part of the overall delay optimization. Tang Mu said that in addition to using Daydream optimization, MIVR will cooperate with Qualcomm to optimize the chip layer, and optimize the MIUI level.
