1. Project Content: Purchase a batch of sanitation equipment (see details of procurement items for details);

2, the delivery period and technical requirements: see the tender documents;

3. The goods purchased this time must be goods within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Qualified bidders shall submit bids for all tendered goods, and they must not bid only for some of the goods.

Six, supplier qualifications:

1. The bidder shall have the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law and provide the following materials:

1) Certificates of business such as legal persons or other organizations;

2) Financial status report, relevant materials for paying tax and social security funds according to law;

3) Proof materials with the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;

4) Written statement of no major violation record in the business activities during the first 3 years before participating in government procurement activities;

5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Note: The above must provide relevant valid certification materials. If the contents cannot be provided, the bidder must issue a declaration letter (in the form of self-design).

2. The bidder must be a legal person or other organization registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China that has the ability to independently assume civil liability;

3. The bidder must provide an effective copy of the “notice of bribery crime record” issued by the People's Procuratorate and the original “Commitment to Fair Competition”. For the sample format, please refer to the relevant content in “Sui Cai Cai [2012] No. 275”;

4. The project does not accept registration of the Consortium.

Registration should provide the following qualification documents:

1) The original legal representative certificate and the legal representative ID card for the project (if the legal representative entrusts the application, the original certificate of the legal person's authorization and the identity card of the trustee should also be issued);

2) A copy of the legal person's business license (or a copy of the registration certificate), a copy of the (national and local) tax registration certificate, and a copy of the organization code certificate (or a three-certificate certificate) (a copy of the official seal);

Domestic mail-order bidding documents should add RMB 50 for express mail service. The procurement agency will send the tender documents in time by express delivery. However, in any case, the procurement agency will not be responsible for late submission or loss during the mailing process; the request for mailing tender documents should first fax the above information, registration should provide Qualification documents (copy stamped with official seal) are sent to the purchasing agency.

VII. Eligible suppliers shall have a period from December 16, 2016 to January 4, 2017 (not less than 5 working days during office hours, except statutory holidays)
