Recently, Dow Corning and AIXTRON SE announced that in order to expand the epitaxial capacity of silicon carbide (SiC), Dow Corning has added two sets of AIX 2800G4 WW planetary reactor platforms for respectively. Production of 10x100 mm and 6x150 mm silicon carbide wafers.
