UCC28880 Reference Design Circuit | Offline Switch Application Circuit

The UCC28880700V minimum IQ off-line switch integrates a controller and a 700V power MOSFET in a single device. The device also integrates a high-voltage current source that can be directly started and operated at a rectified mains voltage.
