But two years, no use it to see the stars - ML750's built-in speakers, a sound to expose the taste. Hundreds of Bluetooth speakers are also better than it. Although the mobile phone can be directly shot with the line, only the MHL's Android machine is supported. I bet you may not have heard of this standard. It's better to bring a TV box, and don't forget to bring projector power, box power, remote control, and various cables... so complicated, don't waste a good time?
Until the Aunt began to have no screen TV CC meter, support auto-focus projection, the longest battery projection 8 hours, built-in TV box, JBL speaker ... let me rekindle the man's desire ... ah no, It is hope. CC seems to have solved the shortcomings of the Optoma ML 750: 1. The latter resin lens, after a period of projection, will be coke due to heat; 2. Although the latter is only 4 boxes of cigarettes, but no built-in power can not be at any time Projection; 3. The latter built-in system is only local playback, can not enjoy the TV box streaming media convenience. In addition, CC has two relatively large sized loudspeakers and a passive bass cavity and is JBL certified. It is expected to be far better than the ML 750's maximum 5W output power.
On the left side of the figure below, the ML750+ box + speaker = pole meter CC. It seems that CC's volume advantage is not yet obvious, but it is an independent working condition. The left ML750, etc., must be connected to a power supply and various cables to work.
Looking at this picture again, the rightmost column is the CC host, its remote control and power supply. In addition to this other items, it is all that the ML750 needs to achieve CC's functions. A picture wins a thousand words, and only if it is quick and easy to use, CC wins. Is it actually used? Don't go away. There is no advertisement here. We will begin to break it down below.
The pole meter CC adopts Cube shape, and it is called CC, meaning from Creative Cube. The CC housing uses aluminum alloy over a large area. The top is complemented by a removable leather handle for easy and portable use. Cortical handles, in stark contrast to aluminum alloy Cube materials. As a whole, the appearance of CC looks very good. Take it out and use it to lose face.
The back of the CC is made of plastic. Its main function is heat dissipation and various interfaces: 3.5 mm audio, USB *2, HDMI, and power adapter. At the top of the CC, the necessary control buttons in the speaker mode are integrated: play/pause, cut song, volume. There are also 4 levels of indicators that show the built-in power capacity. The volume adjustment is different from other buttons and uses the touch mode. The advantage is that the efficiency of the adjustment is higher, and the deficiency is that it is easily mistakenly triggered by mistake.
The side of the CC is relatively simple, with only two large metal nuts to hold the cortical handles on both sides. This means that you are free to disassemble the handle. In addition to cushioning pads, the bottom of the CC has a 1â„4 inch standard tripod hole that allows an external tripod to achieve a more flexible projection angle.
CC's Bluetooth remote control, the middle of the multi-dimensional buttons full of metal texture, looks like a rotating record. We can also find the same design language on Z4, another hot Z4. Black buttons and white body, texture is unconventional. Like CC, remote controls not only have value, but they also have many capabilities. Support low-power Bluetooth connection, the biggest advantage of infrared is that it can be manipulated at any angle. And the remote control has built-in microphone and corresponding keys. With one click, you can call the system's voice assistant to search for videos, weather, and information. In addition, there is a switch button at the bottom of the remote control to adjust the +- buttons to volume or electric focus.
CC's power adapter is also more integrated, and the mains plug is built directly into the main body, further reducing the size. The power supply specification supports wide voltages from 100 to 220 V and is universally stress-free. The power adapter output specification is 17.5 V 3.42 A.
It is not the same as the previous evaluation. This time will be put out of the box to the end, in order to let everyone pay more attention to the main body. Packaging is the first medium for users to experience physical products. The CC packaging of the meters is relatively simple, focusing on these selling points: 3D projection, 5G WiFi band, source support 4K, Bluetooth speaker, and autofocus (lower left in the figure below). However, when it was first unpacked, there was still a more pungent odor from the black sponge. This is not a big problem, but the pursuit of perfection can still be improved. In addition to the main body of the CC projector, these accessories are also available in the open box: power adapter, Bluetooth remote control (supporting voice control) and No. 7 battery, as well as warranty card and concise instructions.
As one of CC’s selling points, the built-in battery allows you to turn on the projector at any time. The longest life of the official propaganda is 8 hours, and the laboratory data are indicated, and there will be a certain gap between the actual use. According to my observations, using the highest brightness and middle volume, the built-in Mango TV played 3 hours of streaming video, leaving 25% of the electricity. I am quite satisfied with this time. If the brightness is adjusted to the power saving mode, it will take longer.
The CC speaker has been certified by JBL, and the official website introduced: “40mm dual speakers, the unit with the bass passive diaphragm, the sound level is distinctâ€. To use the JBL sound quality feature, the use scene is limited when it is only used as a projector speaker. Therefore, pole meters CC can be used independently without turning on the projector. And independent speaker mode, CC supports three kinds of audio sources: 1. Directly play internal stored songs; 2. When connected to WiFi, with a certain recommended measurement, random play network songs; 3. As a Bluetooth speaker, connect the phone to play. Further expand the use of speakers.
However, CC's speakers are not completely "independent" work, but must still rely on the operation of the GMUI Android system. There are two points to prove: 1. It can be seen that CC's speaker mode is still running on GMUI. This is indeed a tricky way to save software development experience, but also makes the projection mode and independent speaker mode experience and manipulation close to the same. The only problem currently is that the noise generated by the cooling fan will cause a certain amount of noise, which will affect the sound performance. Looking forward to the future firmware version can reduce or even stop the fan speed. Because of the same smart speaker, it can be completely run without a fan.
After JBL certified speakers, the actual sound is not bad. The CC local player comes with the classic audition song "Ferry". Listening to speaking: low-frequency performance is good, drums dive enough; and as for the high-frequency, well, my ears are still more wood, only one or two low-frequency identification. Compared to my innovative Sound Blaster II, the effect is still a little bit worse. What I can evaluate is that the sound field is smaller, and the voice is a bit dry. But the sound tyrants have five sound units, which are larger and take longer to run. The price is close to 1,000 yuan. And CC JBL certified speakers must be analogy, I think at least 2â„3 of the former level.
Feature 3: GMUI system, overall experience is good
The first interface of GMUI is more concise than the millet box, mainly these categories: film/music/game/application... The four color blocks are very clear. Each entry into a large category will have a corresponding secondary category. With such a design, the cost of learning is relatively small, but it does not affect the richness of the content. The film and television until we adopted the resources of Mango TV. However, the meter is relatively free, and it can be used to install TV cats and other television applications with rich video resources.
The music module is supported by Baidu Music/Sui FM. Built-in music/podcasting programs are also rich and can be used for "independent" speaker mode.

In addition to playing video and music on CC, it also supports remote control of mobile TV. And also supports a lot of advanced settings: such as screenshots, using mobile phone input or as a touchpad and so on.
CC's maximum projection brightness, official specification is 350 lumens. The specifications of projectors that are more than 2000 years brighter than traditional light sources seem to be a lot lower, so that some netizens expressed some concerns. After two weeks of experience, a pure darkroom environment at night, and a 15-Watt fluorescent light, CC said it was not much pressure.
There is a picture of the truth, the lower part of the figure below is a real shot of the darkroom projection in the evening, and the lower part is the effect when the fluorescent lamp is turned on. When used with one-plus-three mobile phones, they are streamed rather than native HD formats. Therefore, it cannot reflect the fineness of the projection. It is only used as a contrast between the darkroom and the lighting effect. In the sunlit living room, the brightness performance of the lower pole meter CC was measured. As shown below, the main screen can still be distinguished, but reading text is very laborious. In order to ensure good results, it is more appropriate to pull the curtains. However, the positioning of the pole meter CC is mainly portable. The main goal is not to conquer the living room, but to appear as a second screen in the bedroom and other occasions.
In the dark scene of the room, the projector with the same LED light source: the actual imaging of the polar meter CC and the Optoma ML 750+ millet box. Place two projectors up and down, adjust to the same projected area, and play the same movie/picture at the same time. Reproduce the camera, set it as average metering, and lock the focus area in the center of the screen. Try to minimize the impact of external influences and objectively compare the projection effects of both. In order to function as a blind test, it is not specified which projector is on top and which is on the bottom. I suggest you to open the picture and see if the effect is better in the first half or the lower half.
The first set of figures compares the characters in the film. The second set of charts compares the slightly larger scene projection effect in the movie.
The above part of the perception will be better? Asked a few friends, the answer is more consistent: the lower part of the effect is better. Continue to look at the third set of charts and compare the projection effects of the two still photos. The fourth group of photos is the effect of comparing the images and text in the web page.
Finally, the truth is announced: the upper part of the four-panel image is the projection of the ML 750 + millet box; the lower part is the CC projection. The former was a bit greenish in the film, so that the human skin was not as ruddy as CC. In the third group of images, the ML750 seemed to be a bit reddish, and the color reproduction was not as real as the CC. The fourth group of pictures, which are recommended for viewing after zooming in, benefit from CC's square pixel arrangement, and its text performance is clearer than the ML 750. CC's lower temperature also brings better noise performance. Under the same conditions and time, the average noise at the CC outlet is even closer to 20 dB than the ML750!
The two-week trial was quite stressful for the feature-rich CC. The level is limited, if there are any omissions or deficiencies above, please understand. In summary, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. If you haven't used a projector and you don't use much light in the scene, it's worth trying.
