However, under the guidance of the "Broadband China" strategy, the effect of broadband speed-up is significant. The ratio of broadband users above 8M to the total subscribers reaches 42.7%. High-rate bandwidth has gradually become the user's first choice, and the structure of broadband users has continued to be optimized. "Broadband China" is a systematic project. It involves many parties and the participants' demands are complex. Therefore, in the process of advancement, "going well" is more important than "going faster".

First of all, we must focus on solving the financial problems.
