Xu Xiaohong: This has a very close relationship with personal experience. First of all, it is necessary to have unique insights into the design and to be familiar with the process flow. Before I started the factory to manufacture lamps, I was a senior executive in Huizhou. I can say that the company is one of the witnesses from the beginning to the maturity. I am very familiar with the product design and production process, and I have more design. Insights, I have personally designed a monthly profit of a lamp to earn a BMW, accumulated a wealth of lighting design experience, which laid a solid foundation for the future opening of the factory
Secondly, it is also very important to understand the market's ability to understand the demand. After leaving the company, I also sold the lamps. It is mainly based on wholesale. Now it is called the logistics center. Although it is not retail, it also allows us to have close contact with the market.
