Here's an overview of its key mechanical structure:  The operating principle involves the motor driving the eccentric sleeve assembly and spindle assembly to revolve around a theoretical vertical axis inside the bronze bushing. The spindle assembly rotates within the eccentric bronze sleeve, maintaining the central axis of the main shaft. When material enters the crushing chamber, the spindle assembly (comprising the spindle and inner cone) moves slowly under the resistance of the material. The inner cone oscillates back and forth within the crushing chamber while rotating slowly, effectively crushing the material. The MTS sensor is positioned in the hydraulic cylinder in the structural diagram. Its primary functions include: 1. **Adjustment of Discharge Port Size**: The hydraulic cylinder at the base adjusts the upper and lower positions of the main shaft to control the gap between the moving cone and the outer cone liner, thereby regulating the discharge particle size of the crusher. 2. **Visual Display of Crushing Port Changes**: This allows for easier adjustment, overload protection, and facilitates repeated ore removal.
