According to the requirements of the Notice, the urban night lighting facilities managers and the property rights units or users of the night lighting facilities shall strengthen the maintenance and management of the urban night lighting facilities, ensure the safety and function of the facilities, and clearly and completely keep the lights, patterns and texts intact.
