The Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently released the 2012 implementation plan for the promotion of high-efficiency lighting products in Shaanxi Province. According to the above plan, Xi'an will complete the promotion of 1.42 million high-efficiency lighting products by the end of March next year.

In accordance with the relevant requirements, the above promotion work should be carried out by the promotion enterprises in principle, and it is strictly forbidden to sell and promote products through market channels such as supermarkets. The promotion for residential users is only for fixed residents such as streets, communities or villages and towns, and may not be sold to mobile groups through the form of square booths. The product quality guarantee promise period provided to resident users shall be no less than two years. The “Government Subsidy, Green Photo Project†logo must be uniformly printed on the outer packaging and the body. Resident users are required to present their resident identification (home registration book, ID card, etc.) when purchasing promotional products. The number of purchases must not exceed 10, and the same identity certificate may not be purchased repeatedly.
