The document shows that LeTV is one of the TOP55 key Internet customers specified by the Group's government and enterprise companies. Currently, it leases 30 cabinets and 290G bandwidth in Jiangsu, Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi. However, IDC resources are continuously owed in July 2016. Fees, as of May 2017, the province's total arrears totaled 14.2625 million yuan, which has seriously damaged the interests of the lessor.
Since April 2017, the customer department of Jiangsu Company has launched a call for the arrears. At the end of April, it officially sent a letter to LeTV. It also said that if LeTV still has no payment behavior and has not formally sent a payment plan, on July 15, LeTV's entire 290G bandwidth in Jiangsu will be forced to go offline.
China Mobile said that LeTV as an independent video website has a relatively small impact. After the IDC resources are offline, the number of user complaints will inevitably rise in the short term. This is mainly related to LeTV's popular homemade dramas. They suggest that you can guide users to visit Youku. Iqiyi, Tencent and other video sites to solve related problems, it seems that the days of LeTV are really bad.
