Sony 3D display comes on the market in November

The official PlayStation blog announced details of its latest 3D display yesterday:

- Active shutter 3D mode.

-24-inch Full HD, Edge LED backlight, the highest 240Hz refresh rate to date.

- Dual HDMI port, component port, built-in bass speaker, built-in earphone jack.

-2D/3D mode switch freely.

- Exclusive SimulView mode, which means that two people can enjoy the full-screen picture separately in the local cooperation mode (non-traditional split screen mode, you need to wear 3D eyes to get 2D pictures, which require specific game support).

- Comes with a newly designed pair of 3D glasses, a built-in rechargeable battery (using a micro-USB port), 3 hours of 3D charging time in 3 minutes, and 30 minutes of full charge (30 hours of 3D game time after full charge).

- A pair of HDMI cables is included in the package, and a game called "Apocalypse" (a retailer will chase a "resistance 3" for the intended customer. The deadline is September 30).

Sony specifically pointed out that only the 3D display currently supports SimulView mode, and only the 3D glasses supported by this 3D display support the SimulView mode (although two people need two pairs of glasses when using the SimulView mode). Games that support this model include: Locomotive Storm: Apocalypse, GT5, Killzone 3, and Super Stardust HD. More games of this type will be added in the future.

The display will be available on November 13 and will be priced at $499, with an individual retail price of $70 for glasses.
