However, in Chen Zeqiao's view, Chinese companies are still in the state of being dragged by others in the rapidly changing electronic technology. “China's terminal industry chain is not perfect, and the upstream terminal materials are subject to human beings.” Because of the inability to grasp the core technology, Chinese companies can only adopt follow-up strategies and sing songs abroad. Chinese companies can only follow what adjustments.

Chen Zeqiao believes that Chinese companies seem to be in a situation where they "step away from the air and step backward". In the face of new technologies, it is difficult to catch up with followers; if they are not followed, they are thrown farther. This leaves the outside world with an unimpressed impression.
