Epitaxial chip production scale is the first in the province

In April this year, the city became the first provincial and municipal province to build a strategic emerging industry (LED) base. Subsequently, the high-tech zone was listed as “the core park of the green (semiconductor) light source industry base in Guangdong (Jiangmen). So far, the high-tech zone has implemented 80 sets of MOCVD equipment, becoming one of the largest production bases of LED epitaxial chips in the country, ranking first in the province. Upstream enterprises have entered, and downstream LED packaging companies are also moving. Up to now, 34 packaging companies have submitted applications for admission to the high-tech zone, with an investment of 4.4 billion yuan. In the first half of this year, the high-tech zone signed a total of 4 LED projects with an investment of 3.23 billion yuan; 3 LED projects with an investment of 12.9 billion yuan; 32 LED projects, with an investment amount of 11.922 billion yuan.

Public service platforms tend to be sophisticated
