In the next few years, LED lamps will become mainstream lighting products. Of course, in the transition period of these years, energy-saving lamps and fluorescent lamps still dominate in some fields. Like the basic components of LED lights, energy-saving lamps are also composed of lamps (light sources) and electronic rectifiers and Fixtures. The quality of electronic rectifiers, one of the most important parts, largely determines energy efficiency. The life of the lamp is the most prominent in the high-frequency reference rectifier (25KHz) used in the T5 lamp. How to detect high-frequency electronic rectifiers is the key. For this reason, the relevant test standards developed by IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) mainly include IEC60081 (double-ended fluorescent lamp test requirements) and IEC60901 (single-ended fluorescent lamp test requirements). At the same time, according to the actual situation, there is another IEC equivalent test method.
In response to IEC test requirements, Shanghai Lijun Electronics has developed HFP-800 (high frequency test power supply) + RB-3 (high frequency reference rectifier) ​​+ LPS-3 (lamp preheating source) test system. The HFP-800 high frequency test system is fully compliant with IEC60081 and IEC60901 test requirements. Its working principle is as follows:
IEC60081 specifies the test method for double-ended fluorescent lamps. IEC60901 specifies the test method for single-ended fluorescent lamps. The test methods and instrument connections required by the IEC standard are shown in Figure 1. As we know, the role of the reference rectifier is to design a rectifier for the reference lamp (lamp). The reference rectifier is characterized by a stable voltage-to-current ratio at the rated frequency, relative to voltage, temperature and ambient changes. Impact. In this system, the RB-3 (high-frequency reference rectifier) ​​uses a non-inductive resistor rectifier, while the HFP-800 (high-frequency regulated power supply) provides a pure, high-frequency output power to the high-frequency reference rectifier, followed by LPS. -1 (lamp preheating system). The technical requirements of HFP-800 and RB-3 are completely designed and manufactured according to IEC standards. For detailed parameters, please refer to IEC60081 and IEC60901 standards. The HFP-800+RB-3+LPS-3 system provides a standard test environment for the reference lamp (light) to be tested in accordance with IEC standards.
Taking into account the economic benefits and costs of the test, Shanghai Lixin Electronics also developed another HCS-105A high-frequency reference rectifier test system. Compared with the test method recommended by the IEC standard, the HCS-105A system uses the same test method (constant current test method), and its working principle is as follows:
The HCS-105A has two functions: one is a high frequency reference rectifier; the other is a high frequency electrical parameter meter. As shown in Figure 2, when we connect the line, the high-frequency constant current source will send high voltage to start the lamp. The frequency output range of the high-frequency constant current source is 20-26kHz, which can provide a continuously adjustable current of 100mA-500mA. One obvious drawback of the IEC equivalent test method (constant current test method) is that the high-frequency constant current source will output the internal impedance, and the impedance of a large number of outputs will cover the normal standard electrical parameters of the reference lamp (lamp), which is about 5% - 30% error. This system is mainly for small test laboratories and manufacturers of reference lamps (lamps).
