Ziguang Guoxin plans to invest 100 million to set up microelectronics company

Ziguang Guoxin (002049) announced on Wednesday evening that the company intends to invest in Beijing to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Ziguang Guoxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (tentative name) with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.

The new company's business scope is integrated circuit design, packaging, testing, sales; technology development, technology transfer, technical consulting, technical services; import and export of goods, technology import and export, agent import and export.

Ziguang Guoxin said that the company's foreign investment to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary will further expand the company's integrated circuit design business, enhance the company's core competitiveness and profitability, and promote the company's sustained and rapid development.
