Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute is responsible for constructing the municipal public data collection and monitoring platform for Shanghai's charging facilities. It also provides public services to new energy vehicle owners, addressing common challenges such as locating charging stations and alleviating range anxiety. Currently, Lianlian Charging has integrated over 28 operators and more than 38,000 charging piles in Shanghai, with over 18,900 being publicly accessible.
