During the event, both parties expressed their commitment to achieving data integration between the national charging facility information service platform and the municipal data collection and monitoring platform for the Shanghai Charging and Charging Facilities. They also discussed plans to expand this collaboration nationwide, aiming to create a comprehensive charging and replacement facilities platform accessible to all provinces and cities.

The China Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Promotion Coalition, often referred to as the "National Coalition," operates under the guidance of the National Energy Administration. It involves major players in the electric vehicle manufacturing sector, energy suppliers, charging facility manufacturers, telecommunications service providers, charging operation service businesses, third-party agencies, and relevant communities. The coalition's leadership includes the China Automobile Industry Association as its chairperson and the China Electric Power Enterprise Association as its executive deputy director. Its secretariat comprises five members: the China Automobile Industry Association, the China Electric Power Association, the State Grid, China Putian, and China FAW. The National Coalition focuses on building a statistical analysis platform for the nation's charging and replacement facilities. Additionally, it leads discussions on charging operation services, develops and implements smart information management platform architectures, and collaborates globally to share insights on charging technology advancements.
Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. is responsible for constructing the municipal platform for public data collection and monitoring of the Shanghai Charging and Charging Facilities, named "Lianlian Charging." Guided by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Communications and the National Development and Reform Commission, this platform monitors both public and private charging stations in Shanghai (excluding personal ones). Apart from aiding government regulators with data analysis and subsidy reviews, Lianlian Charging offers essential services to new energy vehicle owners, addressing common issues like locating and using charging stations. As of now, the platform has integrated over 28 operators and more than 38,000 charging piles in Shanghai, including over 18,900 public charging piles from 18 operational operators totaling 17,634 charging piles.
This partnership promises to enhance information exchange and sharing between the two platforms, facilitating nationwide progress in charging pile monitoring systems. Ultimately, it aims to expedite the establishment of a unified national charging network, providing enhanced services for electric vehicle users across China.
