     Veeco's K-series MOCVD products have sold more than 200 units worldwide, of which the main model 45-unit K465 has sold more than 100 units, and 80% of the world's top LED companies have adopted the K465 model MOCVD.
     John R Peeler said that Veeco's MOCVD has the following advantages:
     First of all, it is a mass production machine that can effectively increase the time of mass production and reduce the time and frequency of cleaning and maintenance. Because the open cleaning process needs to be cooled from a temperature of up to 1000 degrees Celsius and then raised to 1000 degrees Celsius, it takes a lot of time.
     Second, the degree of automation is high, reducing human operations. For example, it can be automatically imported, and the robot can automatically replace sapphire after the production is completed, which is a mass production type design.
     Third, protect equipment investment and prevent outdated. Avoid the obsolescence of old equipment in the future due to the emergence of new equipment. Through the project to fully communicate with customers, new equipment and old equipment work together to improve product yield.
     John R Peeler said that Veeco's new MOCVD line will soon be put into production, which will effectively alleviate the problem of insufficient VOCVD capacity. At the same time, Veeco will strengthen its investment and significantly increase the R&D expenditure and capacity of MOCVD.
