If the delivery delays the progress of the project, it will be punished by 2% of the contract price every day.
5. Payment method: The lamps are delivered to the site. Party A, the supervisor and the construction party will pay 50% of the payment after acceptance. After the project is accepted, the settlement price will be 90%. The balance will be paid as a guarantee and will be paid in one year. .
6. The bidder will seal the original and copy of the tender before 11:00 am on January 4, 2010, and then send the official seal to the infrastructure office, and send samples (1) 3*14W grille fluorescent lamp set, (2) quantity In the table, the serial number 21, 22, and 23 metal halide lamps are each sealed, otherwise they are treated as waste.
