In order to force the LED lighting market, Yimeixinguang has successfully moved into the new plant of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone in April this year, and has completed the first phase of expansion project, with 48 packaging production lines and monthly production capacity of high-brightness LED devices. More than 400 KK, it has become a large-scale enterprise of high-brightness LED devices in northern China.
The new products released by Yimeixinguang include three series, ceramic substrate COB products, eutectic ceramic high-power patch products, and dimmable LED integrated light engine. In order to improve performance, Yimeixinguang has introduced a high thermal conductivity ceramic substrate and eutectic process in the product.
“Using thermally conductive gold-tin eutectic solid crystals and introducing high thermal conductivity aluminum nitride ceramics can further reduce the thermal resistance, and the eutectic process can effectively strengthen the bonding force between the wafer and the substrate, so that the device can be expressed at high temperature and high current. It is even better." Sun Guoxi, deputy general manager of Yimeixinguang, said at the press conference.
However, the ceramic substrate is not resistant to pressure with respect to the aluminum substrate, so the current product is only 7W, 9W, 11W, 15W, and 18W in wattage. The eutectic ceramic high-power products include 3535 and 7070. Because the 7070 introduces a thermal paste and a ceramic substrate, the thermal resistance can be made lower.
At the same time, in order to pursue better performance and lower cost, Yimeixinguang introduced a new type of driving method in the light engine--linear segmented constant current drive. This new driving method does not require energy storage components such as inductors and capacitors, and can be highly integrated; the number of components is reduced, thereby effectively improving the reliability of the circuit; avoiding high-frequency switching modes, thereby reducing EMI/EMC electromagnetic interference. Noise; analog pure impedance load ensures a high power factor.
The products of the module part mainly adopt three kinds of integration methods, namely, fully integrated module, semi-integrated module and discrete component module. The fully integrated module packages the driver and other related chips together with the LED chip on the same substrate and then directly connects to the AC mains. This greatly reduces the space occupied and simplifies the assembly process of the application, especially for space-constrained product design. The semi-integrated module packages the driver chip together with the LED chip onto the substrate, and the rectifier bridge and other optional components are assembled into another circuit board. This method has better optical effects, and you can add some optional function modules to the board. The discrete component module packages the driver chip and the LED chip separately and assembles them on the same circuit board.
At the press conference, Yimeixinguang also released the world's first fully integrated LED light engine DiscLight. This is a new light source that integrates the driver circuit chip based on the BrioLED COB. Thanks to the unique drive technology of EasyMex, it is possible to independently connect 110V and 220V AC mains without the need for external capacitors, inductors and transformers, achieving a power factor of 99%. The installation control is less than the discrete solution. 70%, and can achieve continuous dimming, matching with a variety of dimmer switches.
