To this end, we designed a set of control system that combines PLC, human-machine interface and intelligent control module to replace the non-ODS water agent cleaning machine application of TCA degreasing process according to the cleaning process characteristics of pins and anode caps for CPT / CDT. Control system function The concentration, working temperature and cleaning time of the liquid cleaning solution are important technical parameters of the non-ODS liquid cleaning process.

Considering the technical requirements of anode caps and pins for CPT / CDT and the process flow of water agent cleaning, we require the control system to have the following functions: (1) Automatic compensation of cleaning solution concentration (automatic addition of cleaning agent) function. The cleaning agent (concentrate) and deionized water can be added automatically according to the concentration set by the process to ensure the concentration required by the process. (2) Automatic temperature control function of each process tank. The heating system can be started or interrupted according to the process temperature setting. When the temperature ≤ the set process temperature lower limit or ≥ the process temperature upper limit, the cleaning system cannot enter automatic operation. (3) The automatic control function of the cleaning time (operating program and time of the robot arm), set the rotating speed of the basket according to the cleaning process requirements, the program and time of the robot arm lifting, lowering, left and right running. ) In the tank, the ultrasonic generator starts at the same time. (4) Automatic control function of rinsing water flow rate and resistivity. Determine the flow rate of countercurrent rinsing water (pure water) according to the requirements. When the water quality (resistivity) and flow rate do not meet the process requirements, the system will alarm and stop automatic operation. (5) The setting, modification and parameter storage function of each technological parameter.
