At the Guangzhou Auto Show held recently, the "Gree Yinlong" bus debuted, and the black and red color was particularly conspicuous. The body also printed the Gree brand slogan "Let the world fall in love with China."

It is understood that the car is a cooperative design designed by Gree and Zhuhai Yinlong. The bus model to be promoted in Zhuhai will be put into operation 60 vehicles in the early stage and will be put into use during the Zhuhai Air Show.

On November 16, Gree Electric announced that it received a written letter from Zhuhai Yinlong and was informed that the adjusted trading plan had not been approved by Zhuhai Yinlong Shareholders' Meeting. Zhuhai Yinlong decided to terminate the transaction based on the voting result. . In view of this, the company decided to terminate the plan to issue shares to purchase assets.

Although the acquisition has been stranded, Xie Caimao, assistant general manager of Zhuhai Yinlong, said that the cooperation with Gree in vehicle air conditioning and energy storage technology has not been affected by this and is still in progress.

Dong Mingzhu, chairman of Gree Electric Appliances, once said in public that "the acquisition has become a big deal, the acquisition does not make a small dry, Gree still has to be a new energy vehicle, must do it, and to be the best in the world."
