In the past five years, the pass rate of electronic and electrical inspections was 85.8%, 86.6%, 79.3%, 82.1%, and 83.4%, respectively.

In the sample inspection in 2017, 40 batches of water storage type electric water heaters produced by 40 companies have 7 batches of products with energy efficiency rating (24-hour inherent energy consumption coefficient). In the sampling inspection in 2017, 74 batches of household electric washing machines produced by 74 companies, 12 batches of products did not meet the requirements of the standard, mainly related to the protection against incoming live parts, input power and current, noise, unit power consumption Electricity, washing ratio, rinsing performance items.

Regarding the electric water storage water heater, the TOP5 factors most concerned by consumers are heating speed, hot water quantity, heat preservation, appearance and operation mode, among which heating rate factor accounts for 49.8%; and consumers are most dissatisfied with electric water storage water heater products. The factors are heating rate, hot water quantity, heat preservation, operation mode and energy saving, wherein the differential rate of heating rate is 3.47%. Regarding air purifiers, the TOP5 factors most concerned by consumers are purification effect, noise, purchase motive, appearance and sensor, among which the purification effect factor accounts for 48.9%; and the most unsatisfactory factors for consumers on air purifier products are Noise, purification effect, appearance, display and air, among which the machine noise is 3.63%.
