The filter produced is compliant with the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. It features a membrane pore size of no more than 0.45µm and a diameter of 50mm. The following operation method is provided to ensure ease of use for all users:

1. Before use, immerse the filter membrane in sterile water for 6–8 hours to ensure it becomes moist and ready for application.
2. Loosen the round nut at the bottom of the filter head, lift the metal holder, remove the glass tube, place a rubber washer in the filter bucket, then insert a stainless steel filter plate. Next, position a Teflon film gasket, followed by the microporous membrane. Cover the membrane with a Teflon gasket and silicone gasket, place the glass cylinder back into the base, reattach the metal holder, tighten the round nut, and secure the top cover.
3. Loosen the valves on the base, connect a rubber tube to the drain port, wrap the tube neatly, and cover the base with kraft paper for protection.
4. Avoid tightening the round nuts at the bottom of each filter head too much. Keep them slightly loose to allow proper airflow between units, and wrap each filter head with kraft paper for safety during transport or storage.
5. After steam sterilization at 121°C for 15 minutes, place the filter head and base in a 37°C incubator to dry thoroughly before use.

Consumables such as glass cylinders, rubber washers, film gaskets, silicone gaskets, rubber stoppers, and microporous membranes are available for purchase in advance to ensure smooth operations.
