Tender conditions
The construction of Maoming 110kv Yuling Power Transmission and Transformation Project of Maoming City was approved by Maoming City Development and Reform Bureau with Maofa Industrial Development Co., Ltd. [2014] No. 6, and the project construction unit was Maoming Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. The funds were its own funds and bank loans, and the bidder was Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. The project has already met the conditions for bidding. The project is now undergoing open bidding.
2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Construction Location: Maoming City
2.2 Scale of Construction: 1. In this period, a new 2×40 MVA main transformer will be built, with two outlets of 110 kV outlets, 20 outlets of 10 kV, 2 x (5010 kvar+2400 kvar) capacitors for reactive power compensation, and a 220 kV Fupingling station opposite side; 110kV Wenchongkou station protection renovation project.
2. 110kV Fupingling to Yuling Line Project: from Fupingling Station to Yuling Station, using the returned 110kV Fupingling to Acant Line, the length of the line is about 1×1.63km, and the new double-circuit line on the same tower About 2×1.73km (Saiyu Line); 110kV Wenchongkou to Yuling Line Project: from Wenchongkou Station to Yuling Station, using the returned 110kV Wenchong to the Acantuan Line to be about 1 × 2.62km, set up a 1×1.53km line with the Shuanghui section of the same tower on the Yuyu line. 3, supporting communications engineering. 2.3 Plan duration: 365 calendar days, scheduled start date: November 1, 2016, date of completion of the plan: October 31, 2017 (specific start-up report, completion report shall prevail).
2.4 Bidding scope: Construction, installation, commissioning, completion and handover testing of the project within the scope of the construction drawings, and all the work required for completing the project specified in the bidding documents (see the tender documents for details).

3. Bidder qualification requirements
(1) Qualifications for Grade A and above in general contracting for power engineering construction, or Class A and above qualifications for professional contracting for power transmission and transformation projects;
(2) Having "License for Installation (Repair, Trial) Power Facilities": Class 3 and above licenses for installation.
(3) The project manager (project leader) to be assigned requires that he has obtained a registered construction engineer certificate (level of mechanical and electrical speciality) of level 2 and above, and a project manager safe production assessment (type B), and applies for the bid. Unit registration.
