Huaxing further said that it is optimistic about the market demand for LED fluorescent lamps in mainland China. It will look at the results of the cooperation and exchanges between the two sides of the LED lighting industry in early June to see the business opportunities in the mainland market.
In addition, in the low-temperature lighting market segment, US customers have orders for IR, and the total order amount in March and April reached NT$100 million. According to the monthly shipment amount of about RMB 20 million, it is expected to continue in the next few months. The shipment is completed.
Huaxing said that due to the shortage of high-brightness LED dies for upstream low-temperature lighting, it will affect shipments in May, while the LED fluorescent lamp orders have been officially placed in May, but the shipment amount is only a few million yuan. Huaxing's consolidated revenue in April reached a record high of 115 million yuan, and May revenue is expected to grow slightly in April.
In addition, in the LED component shipments, due to the European market, the LED component shipments in the first quarter of 2009 declined by 30% compared with the same period in 2008, and there was no sign of warming in the second quarter.
