1. The streetlight project of Xihuan Road in Dongtai City has been approved by Dongzhengfa (2009) No. 20 document. The source of funds for the project is the city investment company, which has been implemented. Eligible potential bidders are invited to participate in the bidding for this project.

3. The bidding project is divided into two bidding sections. The bidding section and the corresponding bidding contents are as follows:
The 94-base light pole lamp has a bidding section with an investment of about 460,000 yuan; the cable has a standard section and the investment is about 400,000 yuan.

4. The main qualifications that the applicant should have:

The first tender (lighting pole) must have 1) a business license for the production and operation of street lamps with a registered capital of 3 million yuan or more; 2) a tax registration certificate; 3) an ISO9000 series certification.
The second tender (cable) must have 1) business license for cable production with a registered capital of 20 million yuan or more; 2) tax registration certificate; 3) ISO9000 series certification.
5. The project evaluation and calibration method adopts a reasonable low-price bidding method.
6.
