The positioning of MX6, XPG-2 and CXA series in these light sources should be noted (I use TP). The origin of the MX6 and ML series light source files is at the bottom of the LED base, XPG- The origin position of the light source file of 2 is 0.2mm below the LED light emitting surface, and the origin of the CXA series is on the surface of the light source board, so the origin position needs attention when importing the light source file.

The more CREE used now should be XPG, XPG-2, XTE, XBD. The CXA series is still very small. Let's talk about XTE, XBD and XPG-2. This is the CREE launched last year. (I remember it was last year.) The most famous LEDs of osram are oslon80 and 150, generally CP7P, CR7P, CQ7P and CPDP, CRDP, CQDP, among which CP7P, CPDP are the most used. In the absence of CR7P, CQ7P light source files, CP7P can be used. The design of the light source file is basically the same, as is the OSLON150. The light source files of the three light sources of osram's CP7P, CPDP, and CQAR are all required to be moved (TP). People who use TP design know that the 7p and DP simulations show that the spot is asymmetrical (I am talking about the mirror), osram's 80° and 150° are not very good design light distribution, the light distribution curve is always not Symmetry, this is actually not too careless, this is the problem of the light source file, you can add a honeycomb on the surface of the simulation, of course, you can also set the matte inside the TP, and then attach a matte property to the lens surface. I used CP7P and CPDP to design street lamps, par lights, MR16, lenses that are also used for backlighting, etc. There is no yellow circle, and there is no yellow circle on the glossy surface.

Osram launched CQAR last year, the luminous flux is not comparable to XPG-2 and luxoen-T, and if the street lamp is used, the yellow circle is very heavy, and the lens surface of TIE needs to be sanded to improve. I will say 119 directly. The 119 light source I encountered in a few years of design is not a lot, but the effect is good every time, there is no problem with adding a little scrub. Now the fire is 757, used on the TIR lens, used on the bulb, mainly cost-effective, but the yellow circle is heavy, tir's lamp cup, plus the matte spot is difficult to do evenly, but I used to help The customer has done one, the DUV is below 0.006, the cd value and efficiency also meet the customer's requirements, mainly the lens structure to pay attention to, to know which part of the lens is caused by the yellow circle of the LED, do not simulate the phosphor I used to use the analog phosphor method to process the yellow circle, but it is not right. It may be that my method of simulating phosphor is wrong!
