Three hundred and sixty lines, the line is the champion. Growing up, I wasn't very good at learning, which made it hard for me to get into college. But I never gave up or felt disappointed. I realized my strengths and decided to go to a technical school to study something that suited me. After careful consideration, I chose to become an electrician, hoping to one day become a skilled professional in this field.
After graduating from high school, I studied hard and eventually joined a factory as a frontline electrician. Over the years, I have always been strict with myself, striving to improve both professionally and personally. Here are some of the key areas I’ve focused on:
I. Ideological and Political Learning & Democratic Management
I have deeply studied Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory, applying these principles to my daily work. I actively participated in democratic activities and took part in factory management, seeing the workplace as my second home. I was committed to my responsibilities and worked diligently as a production technician.
II. Energy Saving & Consumption Reduction
I applied what I learned to help reduce energy consumption in the factory. Through equipment upgrades and electrical system improvements, we saved over 10,000 kWh of electricity annually. I also helped modernize old equipment, giving them a new life and improving efficiency.
III. Practical Production Experience
In real-world situations, I have dealt with various motor issues. For example, I checked the insulation of lead wires, verified wiring against nameplate specifications, and confirmed the correct connection of winding terminals. I also measured insulation resistance and DC resistance to detect any damage, open circuits, short circuits, or grounding problems. If no faults were found, I performed power-on tests gradually, starting with lower voltages and increasing to the rated level. These methods helped me identify and fix multiple motor problems in the factory.
IV. Safety Production
I strictly followed safety protocols, ensured employees were aware of safe practices, and improved the factory’s safety management system. I emphasized the importance of personal and collective safety, ensuring that everyone on the team was responsible and cautious when working with electricity.
V. Training & Continuous Learning
In the past two years, I actively participated in training sessions and studied various aspects of electrical work, including power systems, lighting devices, grounding systems, transformer maintenance, motor repair, machine tool control circuits, and PLC programming. Each time I learned something new, I applied it to my job, helping improve the factory's power supply and control systems. I also documented common faults and their solutions, using them to guide future work and enhance my skills.
In the past two years, there have been no major electrical safety incidents in the factory. We've implemented many technical upgrades, making our operations more efficient and rational. Looking ahead, I will continue to be serious and dedicated. As an electrician, safety is always my top priority. I understand that my responsibility not only affects me but also the entire factory. In the coming year, I will keep improving myself, aiming for better performance in all areas—thinking, technology, and work. I firmly believe that with effort and perseverance, I can achieve even greater success!
