Three hundred and sixty lines, the line is the champion. For me, who was never good at studying from a young age, getting into college was very difficult. But I never felt disappointed. I realized my own potential. After school, I graduated from junior high and went to a technical school to study a field that suited me. After careful consideration, I chose to study electrician work. My goal was to become a skilled electrician. After graduation, I studied hard and then started working in a factory. Since then, I've been working as a front-line electrician. Over the years, I've held myself to high standards and worked diligently. Here's a summary of my experience:
First, in terms of ideological and political learning and democratic management, I have deeply studied Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory. I applied these principles to practical production and actively participated in democratic activities. I treated the factory like my home, worked hard, and took full responsibility for my role as a production line worker.
Second, in energy saving and consumption reduction, I made use of what I learned. I contributed significantly to the factory's energy-saving efforts. For example, during the transformation of the factory line, we saved over 10,000 kWh of electricity every year. I also carried out electrical upgrades on old equipment, allowing some outdated machines to be renovated and reused.
Third, in practical production, I focused on troubleshooting and motor maintenance. For instance, when checking motor faults, I first examined the insulation of the lead wires, checked if the wiring matched the nameplate specifications, and verified the correct connection of winding terminals. Then I measured the insulation resistance and DC resistance to detect any damage, open circuits, short circuits, or grounding issues. If no problems were found, I conducted a power-on test using a three-phase voltage regulator, starting with a lower voltage and gradually increasing it to the rated level. I used these methods to identify and fix multiple motor issues in the factory.
Fourth, in terms of safety production, I strictly followed superior instructions and improved employees' awareness of safe electrical practices. I enhanced the team’s safety management system and ensured all regulations were implemented. I always emphasized that safety is not only about protecting oneself but also others. We maintained a strong safety foundation in our operations.
Fifth, in training and learning, I actively participated in various courses over the past two years. I focused on improving my knowledge in basic electrician skills, power supply systems, line devices, lighting, grounding, transformer operation and maintenance, motor repair, machine tool control circuits, and PLC systems. Each time I studied, I gained new insights that helped me apply theory to practice. I improved the factory’s power supply and control systems, which received consistent praise. I also documented and summarized fault cases, which helped improve my professional skills.
In daily work, I strictly followed the rules and regulations posted on the wall. In the past two years, there were no electrical safety incidents caused by human error. The factory has undergone many technical upgrades, making equipment operations more efficient and rational. Looking ahead, I will continue to take my responsibilities seriously. As an electrician, safety is always my top priority. Being responsible for my own safety means being responsible for the entire factory. In the new year, I will keep improving myself in thinking, technology, and work. I firmly believe I can do even better!
