9. Suppliers must check whether their company is listed on the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" for serious unlawful and untrustworthy business records or related administrative penalties. If the record has expired, the supplier must provide relevant proof.
10. The business scope must include landscaping services and management.
11. This project does not accept joint bids.
12. Only suppliers who have purchased the bidding documents are eligible to submit bids.
