Ningxia residents can buy half of the energy-saving lamps from June

In the future, Ningxia residents' lights will be replaced with high-efficiency energy-saving lamps. Users can replace the incandescent lamps at home with only half the market price. The reporter was informed yesterday that the Ningxia high-efficiency lighting product promotion project was launched recently. At present, the electricity consumption of urban and rural households is being counted, and the official replacement lamp will be fully rolled out in June.

According to a statistics, at present, China's high-efficiency lighting power accounts for about 12% of the national electricity consumption. Studies have shown that the use of high-efficiency energy-saving lamps instead of ordinary incandescent lamps can save 60% to 80% of electricity, but energy-saving lighting has not yet been popularized, accounting for only about 10% of total electricity consumption, but not even in Ningxia. In order to speed up the promotion and use of high-efficiency lighting products, the state will support it through financial subsidies to replace incandescent lamps and other inefficient lighting products with high-efficiency lighting products. According to the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Financial Subsidy Funds for Efficient Lighting Products Promotion” announced recently, the subsidy standard is: for each high-efficiency lighting product of large users, the financial subsidy is provided at 30% of the supply price of the bid-winning agreement; each high-performance lighting of urban and rural residents For products, the financial subsidy is provided at 50% of the supply price of the winning bid agreement. Among them, large-scale users include industrial and mining enterprises, office buildings, hospitals, schools, hotels, roads and other places where lighting products are concentrated. Resident users refer to users who purchase units by community or administrative village.

According to the person in charge of the relevant departments of the Autonomous Region Economic and Trade Commission, the implementation enterprises that replace the energy-saving lamps are generated through competitive bidding. After the company wins the bid, the company will change the lights in the major users, communities and administrative villages of each city (county) through the local dealers. The price of the agreement is reduced by the price of the financial subsidy. Subsidized high-efficiency lighting products include: general lighting fluorescent lamps, metal halide lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps and other electric light source products, semiconductor (LED) lighting products and necessary supporting ballasts.
