3. Qualified bidder qualification requirements

3. Bidders have experience in the successful implementation of similar projects and must provide proof of performance for similar projects in the past three years.
4. The bidder must have a well-established after-sales service organization in the local area to provide emergency service and localization technical services for the spare parts of the bidding equipment.
