The first 280 nm deep ultraviolet LED production line in mainland China was built and mass produced

Recently, Qingdao Jiesheng Electric Co., Ltd. built the first deep-UV LED production line with a wavelength of 280 nm in mainland China, and achieved commercial mass production for the first time in the mainland.

Hangzhou Yuanfang Optoelectronic Information Co., Ltd. carried out product testing on this product. Qingdao Jason Electric produced a deep-UV LED with a wavelength of 280 nm. Under 20 mA continuous DC current, the luminous intensity exceeded 2.0 mW, and the external quantum efficiency was greater than 2.5%. The deep-UV LED module currently made with it has a rated output power of more than 32 mW.
