Operating procedures

Sampling preparation

Boot preparation
Connect the power cord and see if the red emergency stop button on the front of the touch screen chassis is pressed. If you press it, you should rotate it one turn according to the direction indicated on the button. After the spring, the emergency stop will be cancelled and the instrument will work. Mold operation: The mold has sufficient hardness after heat treatment, no need to worry about the deformation of the mold; of course, during the use, the long handle of the mold should be flexible when combined with the mold. Look for reasons, such as: powder stuck, or the order of the mold length and short handle, to the mold is not flexible, etc.; problems, after finding the cause, symptomatic solution, pay attention, can not use force to force open, otherwise the mold is damaged

After weighing the sample with the balance, the lower mold (short handle portion) is inserted into the inner hole of the mold and fixed on the mold platform; the sample after weighing is evenly poured into the inner hole of the mold through the plastic funnel; and the upper mold is closed (long The handle part), should be slowly closed during the closing process, and rotate the upper mold left and right to promote the air in the inner hole of the mold to slowly discharge

After the step, set the parameters and start the test. After the test is completed, the mold cavity sample residue should be cleaned. After the cleaning is completed, the anti-rust oil is sprayed on the mold.

Maintenance and maintenance
1. User maintenance
To prevent accidents, do not touch the internal parts. All parts inside the machine are absolutely free of user maintenance. If abnormality occurs in the machine, please contact the manufacturer of the company or its designated dealer for maintenance.
2. User's modification
Users are not allowed to change the wiring or parts of the machine by themselves. If the machine is changed, the warranty will automatically expire and the company will not be responsible for any accidents. Failure to use parts or accessories that are not approved by our company within the warranty is not guaranteed. If it is found that the machine returned for inspection is changed, the circuit and parts of the machine are repaired back to the original design state, and the repair cost is charged.
3. Test station

4.3.3 Workplace
Use a non-conductive workbench table whenever possible. Do not use any metal between the operator and the object to be tested. The position of the operator must not be used to operate or adjust the test instrument across the object to be tested. The test site must be kept neat, clean, and free of clutter. The air in the test station and its surroundings must not contain flammable gases or flammable substances.
4.3.4 Personnel qualification
This instrument is a precision instrument and must be used and operated by trained personnel.
4.3.5 Safety Code
Operators must be educated and trained at all times to understand the importance of various operational rules and to operate in accordance with safety rules.
4.3.6 Clothing regulations
Operators should not wear metal-decorated clothing or metal jewelry and watches. These metal ornaments can easily cause accidental electric shock.
4.3.7 Medical regulations
Never operate a person with a heart attack or a heart rate adjuster.
4.4 Test safety procedures
Be sure to follow the prescribed procedures. The operator must determine the control switches and functions that are fully self-contained for each part.
