On the morning of November 9th, Yan'an Yinggu Guorun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yan'an Yingguâ€) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Changde 200MW (phase 1 70MW) distributed photovoltaic power station project. Changde City Deputy Mayor Yang Chengying, Municipal Development and Reform Bureau, City Economic and Credit Commission and other departments leaders and representatives, Changde Economic Development Zone, Hanshou Hi-tech Zone, Dingcheng Hi-tech Zone, West Dongting Industrial Concentration Zone and other relevant government department leaders and Nearly 100 corporate representatives attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Yang Chengying expressed his warm congratulations on the start of the project and pointed out that the project construction is in line with the policy orientation of the country's green development and is a new energy green industry project that optimizes the energy structure and protects the environment. The completion of the project will surely play an active role in accelerating the development of new energy in Changde City, and will also make an important contribution to the improvement of Changde's ecological environment. It will also bring economic and social benefits. Yang Chengying stated that the municipal government will, as always, provide first-rate environment and service for the development of the project, promote cooperation between the two sides in a wider area and at a deeper level, and strive to achieve mutual benefits and common development.
The project is located in Changde Economic Development Zone, Hanshou Hi-tech Zone, Dingcheng Hi-tech Zone and West Dongting Industrial Zone. The total installed capacity of the project is 200MW, and the first phase will start 70MW with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. The project mainly uses solar energy battery components installed on the roof of the economic development zone and the high-tech industrial park. The generated DC power is converted into AC power that meets the quality requirements of the power grid through the inverter and is connected to the 10KV bus side in 10KV class. The project is planned to be completed and connected to the network before December 31, 2017.
After the completion of the 200MW project, it can achieve an average annual electricity consumption of 154 million kWh, and a total of 3.9 billion kWh in 25 years. Annual savings of 53,352 tons of standard coal can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 156,449 tons. In 25 years, it has saved 1,333,819 tons of standard coal and reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 3,911,229 tons. The completion of the project will further promote the upgrading of the energy structure of Changde City and help the green development of Changde.
