When installing pressure transmitters, it's important to take the following six key factors into consideration:

1. Before installation, carefully read the product manual and verify all relevant technical specifications and safety information provided by the manufacturer.

2. Install the transmitter in a well-ventilated, dry, and non-corrosive environment. If installed outdoors, ensure it is protected with a suitable cover to shield it from direct sunlight, rain, and extreme weather conditions, which can lead to performance issues or failure over time.

3. As a precision instrument, the transmitter should be handled with care during installation. Avoid any strong impacts, vibrations, or physical shocks that could damage internal components.

4. Follow the wiring diagram provided in the manual and connect the transmitter correctly to avoid electrical malfunctions or incorrect readings.

5. Protect the cables connected to the transmitter, especially in industrial environments. It is recommended to use metal conduit or overhead cabling for added protection. Never loosen the sealing nut at the cable entry point, as this can allow moisture to enter and cause damage.

6. When cleaning the pressure port and the pressure guide hole of the transmitter, use a solvent like trichloroethylene or isopropyl alcohol. Inject the liquid into the pressure guide hole, gently shake the device, and then drain the liquid. Repeat this process several times for thorough cleaning. Do not insert any tools or objects into the pressure hole, as this may damage the sensitive sensing element inside.

In addition to these steps, always make sure the transmitter is properly calibrated after installation and regularly maintained to ensure long-term accuracy and reliability.
