Qualifications:

- **Package 1 to Package 3**: Bidders must be enterprise legal persons with independent legal status. They should hold a valid qualification certificate issued by the competent authority for complete vehicle maintenance at Class 2 level or above. Additionally, the maintenance site must be located within Yanping District, Nanping City.

- **Package 4 to Package 5**: - The bidder must have a registered capital of at least 1 million RMB. - A business license that has passed the annual inspection is required.

- **Package 6**: - Must possess an automobile repair operation qualification of Class II or higher. - A business license that has passed the annual review is mandatory.
