Qualifications:
- Package 1 to Package 3: Bidders must be enterprise legal persons with independent legal personality. They should hold a qualification certificate issued by the competent authority for complete vehicle maintenance at Class 2 or above, and the certificate must be valid. Additionally, the maintenance site must be located within Yanping District, Nanping City.
- Package 4 to Package 5:
- The bidder must have a registered capital of at least 1 million RMB.
- The business license must have passed the annual inspection.
- Package 6:
- Must possess an automobile repair operation qualification of at least Class II.
- The business license must have passed the annual review.
- Package 7 to Package 8:
- The bidder must be an enterprise legal person or organization with independent legal personality.
- Must have a valid business license that has passed the annual inspection.
- Must hold a corporate qualification certificate issued by the transportation administration department, with qualifications for Class II or higher vehicle maintenance, and the certificate must be valid.
- Package 9:
- The bidder must have an independent legal person business license or an individual business license that has passed the annual inspection.
- Package 10 to Package 11:
- Must be an enterprise legal person or organization with independent legal personality.
- Must hold a vehicle maintenance qualification certificate issued by the competent authority, which must be valid.
- Business license must have passed the annual inspection.
- Package 12:
- Must be an enterprise legal person or organization with independent legal personality.
- Business license must have passed the annual inspection.
