Citizen Electronics launches 161lm/W large luminous flux LED light source

On October 21, Citizen Electronics released two products of the LED package "CLL052" with a color temperature of 5000K. One of the products has a luminous efficiency of 161 lm/W. When the temperature is 25 ° C and the input power is 79.1 W, a large luminous flux of 12,750 lm is achieved. Compared with the company's original products of 9890lm and 120lm/W, the luminous flux and luminous efficiency are greatly improved. The new product is scheduled to begin mass production in December 2013.

The two new products are high-efficiency products and high-performance products. The luminous efficiency of the high-efficiency product is 161 lm/W, the standard value of the color rendering index Ra is 65, the luminous efficiency of the high color rendering product is 139 lm/W, and the minimum value of the color rendering index Ra is 80. The external dimensions are 38.0 mm × 38.0 mm × 1.4 mm, and the Chip on Board (COB) structure in which the LED elements are directly packaged on the substrate is used.

When driving high-efficiency products at a maximum power of 170 W, a large luminous flux of 23,549 lm is obtained. According to reports, this is comparable to the luminous flux of a 400W halogen lamp. The maximum luminous flux of the original product is 17,675 lm.
