Silicon Labs' Si21x7 TV tuner family offers TV and set-top box manufacturers the best sensitivity and selectivity they expect, reduced BOM cost and low power consumption, while also enabling performance enhancements in several key areas. The Si21x7 tuner improves noise figure (NF) over the full-band range, return loss for a given NF coefficient, channel selectivity in the presence of ground blocking and full- and/or diagonal cable spectrum, and improves overall RF input Linearity over the power range.
