With the development of society, there is an increasing demand for smart phones, tablet computers, and tablet e-books on the market, which has led to the entire intelligent terminal industry chain. At present, almost all domestic smart terminal touchscreen screen printing equipments are manually operated, which can not meet the market demand. Another screen printing process uses chemicals, which will produce a very pungent taste. Therefore, it is imperative to reduce manpower and increase the automated production line.

In response to this situation, we have put forward a set of intelligent terminal touchscreen screen printing automatic production control system for the customer. The system has now produced a silkscreen touch screen for customers with high efficiency and stability. Now, let's share the case of the first-in-a-kind, technology-leading automated production line in this domestic industry.

Second, the mechanical system

At present, the mechanical system of the TP automatic production line has different production process requirements, but the general production system composition is as follows:

Four units: Feeding, screen printing, baking, cutting, etc. Two units: screen printing, baking, etc.

Comparing the above two systems, the advantages and disadvantages are as follows:

(1) Advantages:

The first system, from the feeding equipment to the screen printing process, to the drying, to the material, fully automatic, almost no use of excess labor.

The second system can realize “silk screen+bake...+screen+bake”, the best free combination, and the most convenient continuous screen printing of multiple processes.

(2) Disadvantages:

In the first system, from the feeding to the feeding, only one screen printing process pattern can be realized at a time, and the feeding rack of the loading unit needs the front-end device to be filled with materials.

In the second system, the first screen printing machine in the production line needs a worker to feed, and the end of the oven or screen printer outlet needs a worker to receive the material.

(3) Synthesis:

Two kinds of mechanical solutions, we have to provide different customers with the appropriate CAN bus control system, relatively speaking, terminal OEM companies are more inclined to the second program, so this article is mainly for the current use of the second more Mechanical solution system.

Third, screen printing process

TP screen printing, the most important process indicator is the repeated screen printing accuracy. At present, the screen printing accuracy required by the industry is generally within 0.003 mm. This imposes high requirements on the mechanical and control systems. In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the system, the system must incorporate a visual identification system and an alignment correction system. 2

In the CCD identification alignment system, some solution providers use the CCD to identify the alignment at point A, and then go to point B for silk screen printing. This solution has secondary positioning errors and poor screen printing accuracy.

Advantages of our solution: As shown in the above figure, after the product is sent to the silk screen station, the system will raise the product to the silk screen height. CCD will be used to identify the alignment at this height, and then the screen can be printed immediately at the same height according to the process requirements. Work, there is no secondary alignment error.

Electrical composition:

(1) The feeding and retrieving mechanism consists of a translation servo and a lifting stepping system.

(2). Screen printing platform consists of a lifting servo and a screen printing blade servo system.

(3). The two product preliminary calibration mechanisms consist of an XY stepper system.

(4). Double CCD positioning adjustment mechanism consists of two XY stepping systems.

(5). The feeding and retrieving mechanism consists of a translation servo and a lifting and stepping system, respectively.

(6). The alignment platform mechanism consists of the XXY three-axis stepper system.

Fourth, oven technology

Finished silk screen products need to be dried at a certain temperature in order to carry out the next process. As shown below, the control system we provide to our customers is as follows:

For the product placement in the baking area, the solution we provide adopts an automatic optimization algorithm. In the case of setting the length, width, line spacing, and column spacing of the baking zone, the optimal placement product matrix map can be automatically calculated.

At the entrance of the baking zone, the product is placed on the automatically calculated belt conveyor belt position by the XY robot.

After setting the transmission waiting period, the mesh belt sends one column in one direction; at the exit of the baking area, the XY robot is pulled out and the product is sucked on the mesh belt to be placed in the entrance of the next process unit;

Electrical composition:

(1). The conveyor belt mechanism consists of a servo system with a brake.

(2). The incoming manipulator consists of an XY servo system.

(3). The released manipulator consists of an XY servo system.

System program features:

u The system has a full set of CAN bus control, which avoids the disadvantages of numerous wirings caused by the pulse control method, loss of positioning accuracy due to lost pulses, and poor anti-interference ability, and has a very high cost performance.

u The system adopts BUCO Electric F1 series bus type PLC control and has a high degree of automation. Software uses the European mainstream software - Germany 3S Codesys software, its CPU frequency up to 800M, program execution scan cycle can be in the microsecond level;

u The system comes with two isolated CAN bus interfaces, all the way to control the screen printing equipment, all the way to control baking equipment; the number of slave stations can be expanded to 127.

u The system reserves industrial Ethernet interfaces, supports standard Modbus TCP/UDP and other protocols, facilitates access to factory-level production management of the cadre production line, and also supports serial access to production management systems;

u Because the system adopts bus control, software and hardware are easy to maintain and easy to expand.
